About Brooke and the studio :

Against sky blue and burnt orange back drops dancers and whimsical figures link arms revelling in a fruitful feast. Such images of fantasy adorn the distinctive pottery of Brooke Clunie

Her vibrant flowing compositions are accompanied with words of inspiration, verse and written messages of love and friendship. Each of her hand made pieces beckon to be used and enjoyed.

Tea cups and coffee mugs, bowls and serving platters become more than functional, giving pleasure, joy and time for reflection with their daily use.

Brooke was born and raised in Lismore and completed her University studies in Sydney. She then ran a successful pottery studio in London prior to establishing The Red Door Studio in Sydney in 1994. From these beginnings her work is now sold to clients both in Australia and internationally.

2007 brought with it many changes including moving to Fernleigh in the Byron Bay Hinterland and the building of The Red Door Studio and Gallery on her and her partner Brett’s coffee and fingerlime farm.

Overlooking the green hills and rolling paddocks Brooke continues to produce her unique tableware, specialising in personalised orders and bespoke pieces for individual clients and companies.

Please contact Brooke for details regarding orders or personalised commissions.

All items are dishwasher and microwave safe.
